Dandalin IBN is our secured user friendly client specific e-Room designed to put each of our client in control of its corporate risk and insurance management information systems “Back to Back” (B to B) with IBN Client’s Account Advisor, Appropriate Client User Departments or Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Insurers. |

This client specific e-Room is structured in the following modules: |

| Real time Information Update: This module; |
* Shows the types of insurance program with Current Summary of Insurance Covers, Insurance Policies/contracts Documents |
| |
* Allows client to track changes in insurance program structure |
|
* Allows authorized users to advise, manage additions, deletions and request changes in program structure including electronically generated relevant Insurance Certificates (For example, Motor Certificates, Marine Cargo Certificates etc) through on line forms that will be checked by IBN Clients Account Advisor for accuracy before permitting the authorized Client User to generate the appropriate certificate(s). The approved Certificates will be electronically and automatically dispatched to the Insurer(s) in secured boudreaux formats. |

Reports/Document Schedule Module: |
This module displays several reports like Registers of Insurance, Policy Documents, Claims Status, Insurance Program Loss Ratios of each Insurance Program and Transaction Listings by Authorized user(s).

| Claims Notification/ Tracking Module: |
This module allows Authorized user(s) to promptly notify IBN electronically of any loss or damage incidence. The system automatically shows the appropriate Claims Procedure indicating steps and documents required by the insurers to adjust and settle claims promptly. The module tracks progress on documentation received or outstanding for claims processing. The system also has options for Master Claims Register and other claims status reports. |

Dandalin IBN Administrator/Log-in: |
An Authorized Administrator is assigned by the Client and has privileges of creating and assigning User Name and Password to the client users and to access Audit Control in order to view and track entries made |
by each User. Where there is co-insurance broking service structure, the co-brokers can access |
Dandalin IBN Open Access to view insurance programs and appropriate reports. |
